Rebecca Russell, Managing Director

Rebecca has over 26 years experience in quality systems assessment and auditing, and 18 years experience in implementing and maintaining management systems including ISO9001, EN45011, BS8800 and OHSAS 18001.

Founder of Stepping Stones for Business in 2008, the company was borne out of a desire to provide small and medium sized companies with access to the best possible advice and solutions in quality and safety management at sensible prices. Her clients range from a one-man consultancy to large corporates and they are her best marketing advocates – long standing clients who are happy to recommend and refer-on.

Rebecca is a chartered member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), the Institution of Occupation Safety and Health (IOSH) and is a registered safety practitioner with OSHCR, the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register.

Anne Feather

Anne joined Stepping Stones for Business In May 2011 having previously worked for the Environment Agency in Wallingford for many years. She was involved in developing both office and management systems, and in the last 15 years gained health and safety experience implementing and maintaining their health and safety management systems. Anne has experience of working in office environments and on site, and regards communication as one of the main pitfalls for companies of any size.

Anne is involved in all aspects of the office management, from being the first port-of-call for telephone enquiries through to documentation management and course co-ordination.

Anne has a NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety and a Diploma in Management Studies.
