Rebecca Russell, Managing Director
Rebecca has over 28 years’ experience in quality systems assessment and auditing, and 20 years’ experience in safety management, implementing and maintaining management systems including ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO27001 and ISO45001.
Founder of Stepping Stones for Business in 2008, the company was borne out of a desire to provide small and medium sized companies with access to the best possible advice and solutions in quality and safety management at sensible prices. Her clients range from a one-man consultancy to large corporates and they are her best marketing advocates – long standing clients who are happy to recommend and refer-on.
Rebecca is a chartered member of the Institution of Occupation Safety and Health (IOSH) and a member of the IOSH Thames Valley Branch Executive Committee. She is also a chartered member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
Stephen Rogers – Associate
Stephen comes from an engineering background having worked in the Rail and Telecommunications industries for over 30 years, with 15 years’ experience in safety, quality and environmental management, implementing and maintaining management systems including ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and BS11000.
He is an experienced and adaptable Health & Safety Manager with a proven track record within a range of engineering and project based market sectors. His experience of quality assurance, behavioural safety, safety management, internal and external auditing gives him an understanding of where improvements can be made to ensure quality standards are maintained and projects are delivered in a collaborative manner.
Stephen is a chartered member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) holds a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, associate membership of the Institute of Environmental Management and full membership of the Institute of Industrial Accident Investigators.
Anne Feather – Consultant
Anne joined Stepping Stones for Business In May 2011 having previously worked for the Environment Agency in Wallingford for many years. She was involved in developing both office and management systems, and in the last 15 years gained health and safety experience implementing and maintaining their health and safety management systems. Anne has experience of working in office environments and on site, and regards communication as one of the main pitfalls for companies of any size.
Anne is involved in all aspects of the business, from office management and document control to auditing and client advice.
Anne has a NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety and a Diploma in Management Studies.
